Pet treat hamper promotion terms and conditions - September 2022
1. The promoter is: Bought By Many Ltd trading as ManyPets ("MP")(company no. 7886430) whose registered office is at 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD.
2. The Promotion is for a Woof&Brew pet treat hamper (the “Promotion”) which will only be sent if you buy a new MP dog or cat insurance policy (“Policy”) directly from gocompare.com and if your Policy remains active for 15 days after the inception date.
3. The value of the Promotion will vary depending on the type of policy purchased. Customers buying a £15k Complete Policy will receive a Woof&Brew pet treat hamper worth up to £42 and customers buying any other Policies will receive a Woof&Brew pet treat hamper box worth up to £20.
4. The Promotion starts at 00:01 BST on 1st September 2022 (“Starting Date”) and ends at 23:59 BST on 30 September 2022 (“Closing Date”). To be eligible to receive a pet treat hamper, you must purchase a Policy before 23:59 BST on the Closing Date. All Policies purchased after the Closing Date shall not qualify for the Promotion.
5. All Policies purchased before the Closing Date and meet the eligibility in these terms and conditions will receive the pet treat hamper.
6. In order to redeem the Promotion on the Woof&Brew website, we’ll send a voucher code to the email address registered to your policy. The email will be sent to you within two weeks of your Policy having been active for 15 days.
7. MP will not accept:
a. responsibility for Promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion.
8. Descriptions or depictions of the treat box are for illustrative purposes only and the treat box you receive may differ.
9. MP reserves the right to substitute or remove items in the treat hamper.
10. MP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
11. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. A vet should be consulted if you are unsure about feeding your pet any items contained within the treat box.
12. There is no entry fee for entering into the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. MP is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
14. The Promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promotion is not transferable.
15. MP’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
16. Any personal data relating to the Promotion will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP's Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
17. MP cannot guarantee when the treat box will be delivered.
18. The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who have purchased a Policy before the Closing Date.
19. In accepting and redeeming the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Promotion. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
