At ManyPets, we want to make pet insurance easier to understand, which is why we aim to explain things clearly on our adverts, emails and website.
If you would like to know more about the marketing messages we use, or would like to know how we calculate the numbers stated, you should find it below.

ManyPets offers super-fast claims
We know waiting for a claim decision can be stressful. That’s why we aim to make the process as quick and straightforward as possible.
Based on a three-month average, from March to May 2026, more than half of valid claims (52%) were paid within 1 working day, quicker than the 5 days plus industry benchmark, published by Pet Insurance Hub UK in 2025.
In total over the same period, 80% were paid in 5 working days or less.
How do we do this?
All claims go through Millie, our AI-powered claims assistant, and some claims can be processed more quickly because they clearly meet the policy criteria.
Where a claim is more complex, needs additional information, or requires further review by our claims team, it may take a little longer to process.
Affordable cover from ManyPets
When we talk about affordable cover, we want to make sure there's data behind it.
Our affordability message is based on the average price paid for our Essential Care plans and Standard Care £7k plan of £289.85.
That's lower than the reported UK average pet insurance premium of £389.
We also looked at the cover levels most commonly available across the UK market, which showed that most policies offer £7k or less in cover, and that approximately 60% of sales for lifetime pet insurance are for £7k or under.
This means that ManyPets plans with up to £7,000 of vet fee cover reflect the levels of cover most widely available, while also sitting below the UK average premium.
