We're working to make our websites and services easier for all our customers.
We strive to use clear language on our websites, in our emails, and in our policy documents which are available in different formats.
You should be able to find the information you need in the way that's best for you.
Where we are now
Our policy wording has been awarded the Clear & Simple Mark from Fairer Finance. That means we've shown that our clear design and simple wording makes our policies easy to understand. That's why we were the first financial services company to be awarded the Clear and Simple mark, back in 2017.
We're working towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standards for all parts of our website. We have some way to go with this, but we're totally committed to making our site more usable to everyone, with or without disabilities.
We can post policy documents to you as well as emailing them – just let us know if you'd prefer this.
We have specialist team members dedicated to helping you through money worries or life events. They'll explain how your cover might be affected and discuss all your options. Just let us know if you'd like to talk.
