How to claim

Claiming is easy, and you can do it in a number of ways.

Online:

The quickest, most convenient way to make a claim is via My Account. Since you’ll be able to submit all the information we'll need straight away (like invoices and pet medical history), we can process online claims much faster.

If you'd prefer to make a claim via email, you can get in touch at myclaim@manypets.com.

Phone:

You can give us a call on 0345 646 1213 to make a claim - our friendly team is always happy to help.
