ManyPets Ltd October Photo Competition Promotion Terms & Conditions

The competition promoter is: ManyPets Ltd (“MP”) (company no. 7886430) whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD (the “Competition Promoter”).
2. The ‘’Competition’’ is to win the Prize as described in paragraph 4 below by posting a photograph + caption on Instagram using the hashtag #ManyMoments on a publicly accessible social media profile.
3. The Competition starts at 1pm BST on 9th October 2024 (‘’Opening Date’’) and ends at 5pm GMT on 31st October 2024 (“Closing Date”).
4. The “Prize” or “Prizes” are: 1 x Instax Mini 40 camera and £150 in cash.
5. Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18, except: (i) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of the agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above. There will be 1winner who will be selected by the ManyPets team, after the Closing Date.
6. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
7. MP will not accept: a. responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
8. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the Instagram account provided with the Competition entry.
9. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the Instagram account name of major prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries on Instagram Stories on the 1st November 2024 (Announcement Date (‘’Announcement Date’’) or send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@manypets.com or writes to the address set out in paragraph 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
10. Descriptions or depictions of the Prizes are for illustrative purposes only and the items you receive upon winning may differ.
11. MP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Competition Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Competition or the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Competition Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
13. There is no entry fee for entering into the Competition. By entering this Competition, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
14. MP is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to you by any third party connected with this Competition.
15. The Competition is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable.
16. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
17. All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter via the hashtag will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
18. By submitting your Competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (i) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (ii) waive all moral rights, in and to your Competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
19. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.manypets.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Competition entry for such purposes.
20. MP’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
21. Any personal data relating to the Competition will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
22. MP cannot guarantee when the Prizes will be delivered.
23. In accepting and redeeming the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Prize. The Competition Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
24. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok or any other social network.
