Perks Terms and Conditions
These Perks Terms and Conditions apply to third party offers for perks (“Perks”) that you may access via your ManyPets MyAccount (“MyAccount”) or via email, WhatsApp or SMS from ManyPets. By continuing to a Perks Provider’s website via MyAccount, or through communications from ManyPets, you agree to be bound by these Perks Terms and Conditions.
Please note that we may change these Perks Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. ManyPets may modify or withdraw Perks or elements of Perks at any time.
References in these Perks Terms and Conditions to “ManyPets” are to ManyPets Ltd and references to “us” and “we” and “our” are to ManyPets.
References to “Perks Provider” or “Perks Providers” are to the third parties who offer, provide, sell and/or fulfil a Perks offer
You can access Perks through MyAccount or through communications from ManyPets if you hold a valid insurance policy with ManyPets, are a UK resident and are over 18 years old and if you meet any other eligibility criteria set out for that particular Perk. You must also check if the Perks Providers have their own eligibility requirements to access their product or service. You must check your MyAccount page or communication from ManyPets containing the Perks offer for further details and terms on which the Perks offer is made as the terms of the Perks offer are governed by the Perks Provider’s own terms and conditions.
Any use of Perks is on an "as is" and an "as available" basis. You agree and accept that Perks is for your own personal use and shall not be used for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to disqualify any user of Perks at any time upon our belief that such user is acting fraudulently or sharing Perks offers to users outside the platform.
What are the Perks offers?
Perks offers may include discounts, giveaways, exclusive experiences, prize draws, vouchers, access to beneficial feature sets and other forms of offers in relation to products or services provided by Perks Providers.
Unless otherwise stated, Perks offers can only be used once per customer and can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
How Perks offers work
There are a number of ways for you to redeem a Perks offer. You must follow the instructions for each Perks offer set out in MyAccount or through communications from ManyPets, to redeem the Perks offer with the third-party Perks Provider directly. You may need to use a redemption code to claim your free Perks offer or when you pay for your item at the discounted rate online at the Perks Provider online checkout or in store, if applicable. Perks Providers are only available for those customers who are eligible for the Perks offer. The Perks Provider can in their sole discretion refuse to accept any redemption code if they do not think that you are eligible.
Perks offers are subject to availability, may only be valid for a limited time, may be accessible only to some customers and may be withdrawn at any time. If any Perks offers are withdrawn, we are not responsible for finding alternatives. We are not responsible if your application for a Perks offer is incomplete, lost or not received by a Perks Provider. Not all Perks offers are available to all Perks users. ManyPets and the Perks Providers may select eligibility for each Perks Offer
Your relationship with the Perks Provider
Each Perks offer will be subject to its own set of terms and conditions between you and the relevant Perks Provider. Please read them carefully before claiming or purchasing the product or service. In addition, your access to and use of a third-party Perks Provider’s website may be subject to the third-party site’s terms of use (including the Perks Provider’s own privacy and cookies policies).
If you decide to take up a Perks offer, it is the Perks Provider’s responsibility to fulfil your order (including any delivery of physical items).
If you have any queries, concerns and/or complaints about the Perks offer (including the relevant product or service, and any ongoing customer servicing and contract fulfilment) you will need to contact the Perks Provider directly.

Limitation of ManyPets’ liability
In addition to any other relevant exclusions and limitations of liability set out in ManyPets’ website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, where we provide links or refer you to Perks, ManyPets is in no way endorsing the Perks products or services or the suitability of the product for you and / or your pet which is for you to assess independently.
ManyPets does not provide any representation (implied or otherwise) that the description and information regarding the Perks offers are accurate, relevant or complete. In the event of any inconsistency between information provided by ManyPets in relation to the Perks with information provided by the Perks Provider, information provided to you by the Perks Provider shall prevail (for which the Perks Provider is solely responsible).
Links to Perks Provider websites may appear on a Perks Offer. Perks Provider websites are not the responsibility of ManyPets and We accept no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third-party websites.
ManyPets does not guarantee the fulfilment, accuracy or quality of the Perks offer, nor does ManyPets guarantee that the Perks offer constitutes the best price or terms available in the market. ManyPets is not liable to you for your use of the Perks and we accept no liability or responsibility for your use of any Perk or for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your use of the Perk.
Your use of links to Perks is entirely at your own risk, and, to the extent permissible by law or regulation, we accept no responsibility or liability for the content, use or availability of any Perk or related product or service or for any loss or damage suffered as a result of their access or use.
Privacy and data protection
You agree that the information supplied by You to Us may be used by Us or our agents for the following purposes which shall include, but is not limited to, sending Perks messages, monitoring use of Perks, evaluating if we can improve the Perks service for customers and enhance customer experience of ManyPets. Any personal data relating to Perks will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP's Privacy Policy, which can be found https://manypets.com/uk/privacy/.
Perks and features within Perks may also be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to ManyPets, its licensors or to third parties. No licence is granted to You in respect of any such rights, except to the extent required for Your personal use of Perks in accordance with these terms and conditions. ManyPets and any other ManyPets product or service name are trademarks of ManyPets and You shall not be entitled to reproduce such marks without our prior written consent .
ManyPets may share your personal data with a Perks Provider in connection with certain Perks Offers. You should always independently assess whether a Perks Offer meets your specific needs.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute in connection with these Terms.
