ManyPets Ltd Tailmates Time Unlocked Week 1-5 Social Media Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
1. The Prize Draw promoter is: ManyPets Ltd (“MP”) (company no. 7886430) whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD (the “Prize Draw Promoter”).
Prize Draw entry, Winner selection and notification
2. The Promotion is for you to enter the Prize Draw to win the Prizes as described in paragraph 8 below by (i) submitting user generated content in response to MP’s Tailmates Time Unlocked prompt to MP via Instagram in a form of an Instagram post, reel or story, (ii) tagging MP’s official Instagram account @manypets_uk in the post, and (iii) adding a hashtag ‘’#tailmatestime’’ in the caption.
3. Alternatively, Prize Draw entries may also be submitted by post. To enter, send your content about your ‘tailmate’ together with your full name, postal address, email address and the name of the Prize Draw on a postcard or letter to the Prize Draw Promoter at the address stated in these Terms and Conditions. Postal entries must be received by the Closing Date. No purchase is necessary. Only one postal entry per person is permitted. The Prize Draw Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received.
4. There will be one Winner for each of the 5 weeks that the Prize Draw runs. Each weeks Prize Draw starts at:
i. Week 1 09:00 GMT on 14th July 2026 (‘’Opening Date’’) and ends at 22:00 GMT on 19th July 2026 2026 (“Closing Date”).
ii. Week 2 09:00 GMT on 21st July 2026 (“Opening Date”) and ends at 22:00 GMT on 26th July 2026 (“Closing Date”).
iii. Week 3 09:00 GMT on 28th July 2026 (“Opening Date”) and ends at 22:00 GMT on 2nd August 2026 (“Closing Date”).
iv. Week 4 09:00 GMT on 4th August 2026 (“Opening Date”) and ends at 22:00 GMT on 9th August 2026 (“Closing Date”).
v. Week 5 09:00 GMT on 11th August 2026 (“Opening Date”) and ends at 22:00 GMT on 16th August 2026 (“Closing Date”).
Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18. MP does not accept entries from: (i) employees of the Prize Draw Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of the agents or suppliers of the Prize Draw Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above; and (iv) paid content creators who are individually and directly contracted with the Prize Draw Promoter. Winners will be selected at random, after the Closing Date (‘’Winner’’, or together the ‘’Winners’’). All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
5. Any Prize Draw entrant who does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Animal Welfare Act 2006, Dangerous Dogs Act 1999; and Control of Dogs Order 1992, will be disqualified from the Prize Draw.
6. MP will not accept: a. responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw Promotion.
7. The Prize Draw Promoter will contact each of the Winners personally as soon as practicable after they are selected as the Winner, using Instagram Direct Message or the contact details contained within a postal entry. If a Winner does not reply to acknowledge their selection within 5 working days, the Prize Draw Promoter will select a new Winner and contact them using Instagram Direct Message or the contact details contained within a postal entry.
The Prizes
8. The “Prize” or “Prizes” are:
a. Five (5) Pets Corner gift cards, one (1) per Winner
9. Descriptions or depictions of the Prize in MP promotional assets are for illustrative purposes only and the Prizes may differ.
10. As the Prizes are gift cards, the products the Winner receives will be subject to availability and Winner selection.
11. MP does not endorse the Prizes or their suitability for the Winner and/or the Winner’s pet which is for the Winner to assess independently. MP is not liable to the Winner for their use of the Prize, and MP accepts no liability or responsibility for the Winner’s use of it or for any loss or damage suffered as a result.
Prize redemption
12. The Prize Draw Promoter will contact the Winners to arrange delivery of the Prizes.
13. The Prizes offered in this Prize Draw are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the Prize provider. . By entering the Prize Draw, the Winners agree to comply with any such terms and conditions. The Prize Draw Promoter accepts no responsibility for any issues, claims, or disputes arising from the Prizes or the Prizes providers’ terms.
14. Unless otherwise stated the Prizes are as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prizes are not transferable, permitted to be sold or resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

16. The Prize Draw Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Prize Draw Promoter will publish the Instagram account name of the Winners and, if applicable, their winning entries in Instagram no later than two (2) days after the Closing Date of each weeks prize draw as detailed in clause 4 of these terms (‘’Announcement Date’’) or send the surname and county of the Winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@manypets.com or writes to the address set out in paragraph 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw.
17. MP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Draw Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize Draw or the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Prize Draw Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
19. There is no entry fee for entering into the Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any terms and conditions of its respective Prize providers.
20. MP is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to you by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.
21. The Prize Draw Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
22. All Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
23. By submitting your Prize Draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (i) assign to the Prize Draw Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (ii) waive all moral rights, in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
24. You agree that the Prize Draw Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.manypets.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Prize Draw. You agree to grant the Prize Draw Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Prize Draw entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Prize Draw entry for such purposes.
25. MP’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
26. Any personal data relating to the Prize Draw will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here Privacy Policy | ManyPets.
27. MP cannot guarantee when the Prizes will be delivered.
28. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok or any other social network.
