Treat Week Terms and Conditions
We're running Treat Week for one week in June, July and August 2026.
These Treat Week Terms and Conditions apply to third party provider offers for ManyPets ‘Treat Week’ (“Treat Week”) that you may access via email, WhatsApp, SMS or Instagram from ManyPets. By continuing to a Treat Week Provider’s website or iframe of the Provider in MyAccount, or through communications from ManyPets, you agree to be bound by these Treat Week Terms and Conditions.
Please note that we may change these Treat Week Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. ManyPets may modify or withdraw Treat Week or elements of Treat Week at any time.
References in these Treat Week Terms and Conditions to “ManyPets” are to ManyPets Ltd and references to “us” and “we” and “our” are to ManyPets.
References to “Treat Week Provider” or “Treat Week Providers” are to the third parties who offer, provide, sell and/or fulfil a Treat Week offer
You can access Treat Week through email communications from ManyPets if you hold a valid insurance policy with ManyPets, are opted-in to receiving ManyPets marketing communications, are a UK resident and are over 18 years old and if you meet any other eligibility criteria set out for that particular Treat Week offer.
From time-to-time ManyPets may also offer third party offers during Treat Week through the ManyPets Instagram page to individuals who may not hold an active insurance policy with ManyPets. Third party offers that are made available during Treat Week by ManyPets through their Instagram page may have more limited availability or volume than offers made via email or a different form of communication.
You must also check if the Treat Week Providers have their own eligibility requirements to access their product or service. You must check communication from ManyPets containing the Treat Week offer for further details and terms on which the Treat Week offer is made as the terms of the Treat Week offers are governed by the Treat Week Provider’s own terms and conditions.
Any use of Treat Week is on an "as is" and an "as available" basis. You agree and accept that Treat Week is for your own personal use and shall not be used for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to disqualify any user of Treat Week at any time upon our belief that such user is acting fraudulently or sharing Treat Week offers to users outside the platform.
What are the Treat Week offers?
Treat Week offers may include giveaways, discounts, or prize draws in relation to products or services provided by Treat Week Providers.
Unless otherwise stated, Treat Week offers can only be used once per customer and can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
How Treat Week offers work
You must follow the instructions for each Treat Week offer set out in communications from ManyPets, to redeem the Treat Week offer with the third-party Treat Week Provider directly. You may need to use a redemption code to claim your free Treat Week offer or when you pay for your item at the discounted rate online at the Treat Week Provider online checkout, if applicable. It is your responsibility to input a redemption code accurately, as inaccurate input of redemption codes may mean you cannot redeem the Treat Week offer from a Treat Week Provider. Treat Week offers are only available for those customers who are eligible for the Treat Week offer. The Treat Week Provider can in their sole discretion refuse to accept any redemption code if they do not think that you are eligible.
Treat Week offers are subject to availability, are valid for a limited time, may be accessible only to some customers and may be withdrawn at any time. The proportion of Treat Week offers for dog owners and cat owners is determined by the proportion of active ManyPets insurance policy holders at the time of the Treat Week offer. If any Treat Week offers are withdrawn, we are not responsible for finding alternatives. We are not responsible if your application for a Treat Week offer is incomplete, lost or not received by a Treat Week Provider. Not all Treat Week offers are available to all Treat Week users. ManyPets and the Treat Week Providers may select eligibility for each Treat Week Offer at their sole discretion.
Your relationship with the Treat Week Provider
Each Treat Week offer will be subject to its own set of terms and conditions between you and the relevant Treat Week Provider. Please read them carefully before claiming or purchasing the product or service. In addition, your access to and use of a third-party Treat Week Provider’s website may be subject to the third-party site’s terms of use (including the Treat Week Provider’s own privacy and cookies policies).
If you decide to take up a Treat Week offer, it is the Treat Week Provider’s responsibility to fulfil your order (including any delivery of physical items). We are not responsible for delivery of physical items or the condition of physical items upon arrival.
If you have any queries, concerns and/or complaints about the Treat Week offer (including the relevant product or service, and any ongoing customer servicing and contract fulfilment) you will need to contact the Treat Week Provider directly.
Limitation of ManyPets’ liability
In addition to any other relevant exclusions and limitations of liability set out in ManyPets’ website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, where we provide links or refer you to Treat Week, ManyPets is in no way endorsing the Treat Week products or services or the suitability of the product for you and/or your pet which is for you to assess independently.
ManyPets does not provide any representation (implied or otherwise) that the description and information regarding the Treat Week offers are accurate, relevant or complete. In the event of any inconsistency between information provided by ManyPets in relation to the Treat Week with information provided by the Treat Week Provider, information provided to you by the Treat Week Provider shall prevail (for which the Treat Week Provider is solely responsible).
Links to Treat Week Provider websites may appear on a Treat Week Offer. Treat Week Provider websites are not the responsibility of ManyPets and We accept no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third-party websites.
ManyPets does not guarantee the fulfilment, accuracy, delivery or quality of the Treat Week offer, nor does ManyPets guarantee that the Treat Week offer constitutes the best price or terms available in the market. ManyPets is not liable to you for your use of the Treat Week and we accept no liability or responsibility for your use of any Treat Week offer or for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your use of the Treat Week offer.
Your use of links to Treat Week is entirely at your own risk, and, to the extent permissible by law or regulation, we accept no responsibility or liability for the content, use or availability of any Treat Week offer or related product or service or for any loss or damage suffered as a result of their access or use.
Privacy and data protection
You agree that the information supplied by You to Us may be used by Us or our agents for the following purposes which shall include, but is not limited to, sending Treat Week messages, monitoring use of Treat Week, evaluating if we can improve the Treat Week service for customers and enhance customer experience of ManyPets. Any personal data relating to Treat Week will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP's Privacy Policy, which can be found https://manypets.com/uk/privacy/.
Treat Week and features within Treat Week may also be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to ManyPets, its licensors or to third parties. No licence is granted to You in respect of any such rights, except to the extent required for Your personal use of Treat Week in accordance with these terms and conditions. ManyPets and any other ManyPets product or service name are trademarks of ManyPets and You shall not be entitled to reproduce such marks without our prior written consent.
ManyPets may share your personal data with a Treat Week Provider in connection with certain Treat Week Offers. You should always independently assess whether a Treat Week Offer meets your specific needs.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute in connection with these Terms.
