Ambassador guidelines

As a ManyPets Ambassador, we ask that you agree to the following:

  • Always label your content clearly - as a ManyPets Ambassador, it is important to mark any content as such. When you post about ManyPets, please be sure to add #MPambassador and #Ad.

  • Keep it about pets, not policies - please don’t share insurance details or discuss specific features of our insurance products as this may be determined to be a financial promotion. Content should focus on your pet(s) and lifestyle. This is about pets, not policy!

  • Have an active ManyPets policy - you must have a current, active insurance policy with ManyPets while you’re part of the Ambassador Club.

  • Remove content if asked – if ManyPets asks you to take down or edit any content that mentions ManyPets, you’ll need to do so promptly.

  • Follow the law - please comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to animal welfare and dog ownership (such as Animal Welfare Act 2006, Dangerous Dogs Act 1999; and Control of Dogs Order 1992).

  • Follow social media rules - make sure anything you post follows the terms and rules of the social media platforms you use.

  • Flag issues straight away - let ManyPets know immediately if there are any issues that could affect your role as an Ambassador, for example complaints, media enquiries, or legal matters.

  • Leave the programme if your policy ends - if you no longer have an active ManyPets insurance policy, you’ll need to step down from the Ambassador Club.

  • Content monitoring and compliance - ManyPets may review content you post to meet legal and regulatory requirements. If any content needs to be removed or changed to stay compliant, you agree to do this straight away when asked.

 And finally, remember:

  • Being an ambassador is fun and voluntary — it’s not a job or partnership.

  • Your ambassador role doesn’t affect your insurance or claims.

  • If we follow you back in the Community, it’s just a friendly hello, not an endorsement.
