As a ManyPets customer you have unlimited free access to video vet appointments 24/7 with FirstVet. You can video call a vet from anywhere, whenever your pet may seem unwell.


You can access FirstVet from any mobile device or laptop.
What is FirstVet?
FirstVet provides video appointments with UK-registered vets and is open 24 hours, 365 days a year.
Their vets can help if you’re worried your pet is ill or has had a minor accident. They can offer advice, treatment recommendations, a referral to your local practice or just reassurance.
How to use FirstVet
You can access FirstVet from any mobile device, laptop or desktop computer.
How to book an appointment
- Pop over to My Account and select a policy
- Select FirstVet - you can find it under Key features (pictured below)
- Pick your pet and book a time slot
- Let them know what’s wrong - you can send photos too
- Enter your mobile number and we’ll ping you a 4-digit SMS code to enter
- You’re booked and ready to see the vet

How to attend appointments on a mobile device
- Download the FirstVet app from the App Store or Google Play
- The policy holder will need to register with the same email address used for your ManyPets account
- Make sure you’ve turned notifications on
- Get ready for the camera, your vet will be video calling when it’s time for your appointment
To attend appointments on a desktop or laptop
- Go to the ManyPets page on the FirstVet website
- Click on ‘Get Started’
- The policy holder will need to register with the same email address used for your ManyPets account
- When it’s time for your appointment you can enter the online waiting room and the vet will let you in when they’re ready
What if I don’t have a mobile phone?
Call FirstVet on 0330 808 1281 and somebody will help to get you started. They’re open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Once you’re ready, you’ll be able to have vet consultations through your desktop or laptop computer.
