From time to time, people may try to impersonate ManyPets online — sometimes using our content, branding, name or tone, and even commenting on our posts or customer posts about us. While we report any impersonator accounts we’re made aware of as quickly as possible, some may still appear for reasons beyond our control and can look very convincing.

On X, @CareLineCrew is a known impersonator, is not ManyPets, operates outside of the UK, and is attempting to mislead customers — including trying to take money. Please do not engage with this account.
