Can I still access FirstVet?

Yes, until the 31st of March. After that your new service will begin.

If you need to, here's how to set up a FirstVet account:

  1. Head to firstvet.com

  2. Click on Book appointment

  3. You'll be prompted to sign in or sign up

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts

  5. Click 'Book an appointment' and select ManyPets from the list of insurers

Remember, you only have access to FirstVet until the 31st March.

How will I access the new service?

When it's ready, you'll be able to access this service through your ManyPets My Account.

Is the new service included in my plan?

Yes, it's included as standard with your ManyPets plan.

What will happen to my FirstVet access?

Any past treatment plans will be saved in the FirstVet app, and FirstVet should have emailed a copy of these to you after your consultations.

However, any future consultations with FirstVet will be charged. If you'd like to delete your FirstVet account or request your data, click here to learn how.
