TOP DOG-FRIENDLY THINGS TO DO • NOTTINGHAM

Tipped as one of the top dog-walking spots in Nottingham and the surrounding areas, the 500 acres of breathtaking parkland found at Wollaton makes for a great day out for all the family.

Unlike similar walking destinations in the area, Wollaton has distinct spaces to walk your dog on or off lead - so our pups can stretch their legs if they're in the mood.

There's also a huge lake within the estate grounds - so if your dog is an amateur swimmer they'll be in luck. Dogs are also welcomed in the cafes on-site, too, if you need to stop for a light refreshment.

BEST BITS
  • No entrance fee & cheap parking
  • Children's play area
  • Variety of trails and routes
