ManyPets Ltd Ambassador Club – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for participation in the ManyPets Ltd Ambassador Club (the “Ambassador Club"). By signing up or taking part as an ambassador, you ("Ambassador" or "you") agree to these Terms and any accompanying guidelines issued by ManyPets (“ManyPets”; ‘’MP’’; "we"; "us"; or "our"). Please read the Terms carefully. By using or submitting material to our Ambassador Club, you agree that you’ve read, understood, accepted, and agreed to abide by our Terms. If you disagree with any of the Terms, you should not sign up or continue to participate in the Ambassador Club.
1. Overview and Participation
1.1. The Ambassador Club is a free-to-join, voluntary participation programme offered by ManyPets Ltd to eligible customers in the United Kingdom. Participation may provide access to various non-monetary benefits, including but not limited to free merchandising (subject to availability), access to ManyPets’ content and updates, early access to new offers (when available), and opportunities to provide feedback to ManyPets on its products, services, and plans (at ManyPets discretion).
1.2. Ambassadors participate on a voluntary independent basis. This arrangement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between MP and any Ambassador.
1.3. Participation does not form part of, or affect, any pet insurance policy you hold with ManyPets. Participation in the Ambassador Club has no influence on your insurance policy status, decisions, or claims handling and is entirely separate from your insurance policy contract with ManyPets.
1.4. Participation is at MP’s sole discretion. MP may accept or reject applications or remove Ambassadors from the Ambassador Club at any time without prior notice.
1.5. To be eligible to participate, you must be an active ManyPets customer and not be employed by or working with any direct competitor of ManyPets Ltd.
2. Duration and termination
2.1. Your participation begins on the date of your acceptance of these Terms and continues until terminated in accordance with these Terms.
2.2. We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Ambassador Club immediately for any reason including if you breach these Terms or act in a way that could harm MP’s reputation.
2.3. You may terminate your participation in the Ambassador Club at any time upon notice to MP.
2.4. Upon termination, you must remove any references to being a Brand Ambassador from your social profiles (unless otherwise approved); and cease using any MP materials or assets.
3. Role and Expectations
3.1. Ambassadors shall
3.1.a. comply with these Terms; and
3.1.b. comply with any brand and content information and guidelines provided by us to you and as may be amended from time to time.
3.2. Ambassadors shall use appropriate disclosure labels (e.g. #ad, #MPambassador) in any social media content posted in their role as an Ambassador in line with the Advertising Standards Authority, the Digital Markets, Competition and Markets Authority, and any relevant social media platform rules.
3.3. You acknowledge that MP is under no obligation to publish, share, or repost your social media content. All decisions on publication are at our sole discretion.
3.4. You understand that your participation in the Ambassador Club will not affect the terms, pricing, or handling of any MP insurance or related services.
4. Use of Ambassador Content
4.1. Any content created and posted by you on your own social media channels (“Ambassador Content”) remains your property.
4.2. You grant MP an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence in perpetuity to use, share, repost, and feature your Ambassador Content for the purposes of reposting, marketing or showcasing your Ambassador Content on MP’s website/social media.
4.3. MP may alter your Ambassador Content including formatting or cropping or editing as it sees fit to use on its channels, content and marketing materials in line with the rules set out by The Advertising Standards Authority, The Committee of Advertising Practice, and The Competition Markets Authority.
5. ManyPets Brand Assets
5.1. Any ManyPets-branded materials, images, logos, digital content, or other assets (“Brand Assets”) made available to you remain the exclusive property of ManyPets Ltd.
5.2. ManyPets grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to use these Brand Assets solely for personal, non-commercial purposes for a period of three (3) months from the date of download for use on social media content you create, unless expressly agreed otherwise by MP and except where withdrawn by MP at any time
5.3. You must not alter, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit these assets without prior written consent from MP. Upon termination of membership or expiry of the licence period, you must delete and cease use of any Brand Assets that you have received in your capacity as Brand Ambassador.
6. Merchandise
6.1. Ambassadors may receive physical merchandise as part of the Ambassador Club at MP’s discretion.
6.2. To receive any such merchandise, you will need to follow the user journey set out by MP.
6.3. Any merchandise provided to you is a gift and not a form of payment.
6.4. Offers of merchandise will be available for a limited period only, as communicated by MP and will be available while stocks last. The offer will be non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash
6.5. MP reserves the right to extend or shorten merchandise offers at any time and not to offer an alternative.
6.6. Only one redemption will be permitted per participant, unless otherwise stated
6.7. Descriptions or depictions of our merchandise are for illustrative purposes only and the items you receive upon delivery may differ.
6.8. Merchandise may include items which contain ingredients that could cause allergies or sensitivities in some pets. It is your responsibility to review ingredient information and consult with a veterinarian, if necessary, before giving any items included in the merchandise to your pets.
6.9. MP does not endorse the merchandise or their suitability for you and/or your pet which is for you to assess independently. MP is not liable to you for your use of the merchandise, and we accept no liability or responsibility for your use of it or for any loss or damage suffered as a result.
6.10. Merchandise offers will be fulfilled by Vetbox Ltd (company no. 10017066) whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD. To redeem any merchandise offer, you are required to input personal data on a digital form owned by Vetbox using your personal data to arrange delivery and to contact you regarding delivery. By redeeming the merchandise offer you will also be agreeing to Vetbox Privacy Policy and to these Terms and Conditions
6.11. You must allow up to 28 days for merchandising delivery.
7. Ambassador Conduct
7.1. Ambassadors must:
7.1.a. Hold an active insurance policy or policies with ManyPets;
7.1.b. Remove any content referring to MP if requested by MP;
7.1.c. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the Animal Welfare Act 2006, Dangerous Dogs Act 1999; and Control of Dogs Order 1992;
7.1.d. Comply with all relevant social media platform terms;
7.1.e. Not promote or discuss the specific features of MP’s insurance products on social media or public platforms in any way that could constitute a financial promotion as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority;
7.1.f. Immediately inform MP of any issues (e.g. complaints, press enquiries, legal actions) that may affect your participation in the Ambassador Club;
7.1.g. Disengage from the Ambassador Club if you no longer hold an active insurance policy with ManyPets.
7.1.h. Agree to monitoring by MP of any content posted about MP’s campaigns for regulatory law purposes, and to immediately remove content that may contravene laws or regulations applicable to MP or the Ambassador themselves when requested by MP.
7.2. MP reserves the right to end your participation in the Ambassador Club for any reason including for conduct deemed, illegal, harmful or inconsistent with MP’s image. MP is not liable to you or any third party for any information contained in Ambassador Content. MP reserves the right to bring legal proceedings against an individual for breaching our Terms or take any other action we think is appropriate.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Ambassadors must not share or disclose any confidential or proprietary information about MP, its products, campaigns, or partners that is not publicly available.
8.2. This obligation continues after participation in the Ambassador Club ends.
9. Data Protection
9.1. MP will process your personal information (e.g. name, address social handles, email) in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
9.2. Data will be used for administering the Ambassador Club and related communications.
9.3. You can request deletion or amendment of your data by contacting dpo@manypets.com.
10. Liability and Limitations
10.1. Participation in the Ambassador Club has no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. It is offered solely at MP’s discretion and may be withdrawn or replaced at any time.
10.2. Insofar as is permitted by law, MP, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a direct result of being an Ambassador or receiving merchandise from MP except where it is caused by the negligence or fraud of MP, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MP will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, goodwill, or reputation, arising from your participation in the Ambassador Club.
11. General Terms
11.1. MP may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on its website and / or social media sites. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
11.2. Notices or official communications may be sent via email to the contact details you provide.
11.3. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
11.4. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MP relating to your participation.
11.5. You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations without MP’s consent.
11.6. These Terms do not override or modify the ManyPets Ltd policy terms, website terms, or privacy policy, which continue to apply separately.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
