1.     The competition promoter is: ManyPets Ltd (“MP”) (company no. 7886430) whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD and Pooch and Mutt Limited (“Pooch and Mutt”) (company no. 06352674) whose registered office is at Timsons Business Centre, Bath Road, Kettering, Northants, England, NN16 8NQ (the “Competition Promoters”). 

2.     The Competition is to win the Prize as described in paragraph 4 below by following the entry form accessed via social media from the Competition Promoters and submitting details. The link can be found here.

3.     The Competition starts at 12:00pm GMT on 25^h November 2024 (“Opening Date”) and ends at 4:00pm GMT on 29^th November 2024 (“Closing Date”). 

4.     The “Prize” or “Prizes” are: 100 limited-edition Pooch and Mutt Cheese Fondue Advent Calendars for £1 each.

a.     The Prize is redeemed on the Pooch and Mutt website with a unique voucher code (‘’Code’’ or ‘’Codes’’). 100 unique Codes are available to redeem in the Competition, maximum one Code per household.

b.     Each unique Code entitles the winners to redeem one (1) Pooch & Mutt Cheese Fondue Advent Calendar for dogs for £1. The Code, dedicated redemption landing page and instructions for how to redeem the offer will be provided via email communication to the winners by the ManyPets. Once the unique code is entered at checkout on the dedicated landing page, the product will reduce to £0 and delivery cost will be £1. The Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Redemption must be made by 23.59pm 8th December ("the Deadline") the latest.

5.     Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18, except: (i) employees of the Competition Promoters or their holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of the agents or suppliers of the Competition Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above. Entrants must be customers of MP.

6.     There will be 100 winners who will be selected at random by the MP team after the Closing Date (the ‘’Winners”).

7.     All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

8.     Competition Promoters and any applicable partner will not accept: a. responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.

9.     ManyPets will contact the Winners personally via email as soon as practicable after the Closing Date on the email address provided with the Competition entry. The email will contain a unique Code required to redeem the Prize on the Pooch and Mutt website.

10.  The Competition Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Competition Promoters will email all participants, the Winners and the losers , on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 (’’Announcement Date’’) or send the surname and county of the Winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@manypets.com or writes to the address set out in paragraph 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within  one month after the Closing Date of the Competition.

11.  Descriptions or depictions of the Prizes are for illustrative purposes only and the items you receive upon winning may differ. The Prizes may contain ingredients that could cause allergies or sensitivities in some dogs. It is the Winners’ responsibility to review ingredient information and consult with a veterinarian, if necessary, before giving Prizes to their dogs. MP assumes no liability for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of the Prizes.

12.  MP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

13.  Insofar as is permitted by law, MP, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Competition or the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of MP, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. 

14.  There is no entry fee for entering into the Competition. By entering this Competition, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

15.  MP is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to you by any third party connected with this Competition. 

16.  The Competition is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered other than in accordance with clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions. The Prize is not transferable.

17.  The Competition Promoters reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.

18.  All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Competition Promoters will become the property of the Competition Promoters on receipt and will not be returned.

19.  By submitting your Competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (i) assign to the Competition Promoters all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (ii) waive all moral rights, in and to your Competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

20.  You agree that the Competition Promoters may, but are not required to, make your entry available on its website www.manypets.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Competition Promoters a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Competition entry for such purposes.

21.  MP’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants. 

22.  Any personal data relating to the Competition will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

23.  MP cannot guarantee when the Prizes will be delivered. 

24.  In accepting and redeeming the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Prize. The Competition Promoters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
