ManyPets Ltd Tailmates Social Media Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
1. The Prize Draw promoter is: ManyPets Ltd (“MP”) (company no. 7886430) whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD (the “Prize Draw Promoter”).
Prize Draw entry, winner selection and notification
2. The Promotion is for you to enter the Prize Draw to win the Prizes as described in paragraph 8 below by (i) submitting user generated content about your ‘tailmate’ to MP via Instagram in a form of an Instagram post, reel or comment, (ii) tagging MP’s official Instagram account @manypets_uk in the post, and (iii) adding a hashtag ‘’#tailmates’’ in the caption or comment.
3. Alternatively, Prize Draw entries may also be submitted by post. To enter, send your content about your ‘tailmate’ together with your full name, postal address, email address and the name of the Prize Draw on a postcard or letter to the Prize Draw Promoter at the address stated in these Terms and Conditions. Postal entries must be received by the Closing Date. No purchase is necessary. Only one postal entry per person is permitted. The Prize Draw Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received.
4. The Prize Draw starts at 09:00 GMT on 29 December 2025 (‘’Opening Date’’) and ends at 22:00 GMT on 25 January 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18. MP does not accept entries from: (i) employees of the Prize Draw Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of the agents or suppliers of the Prize Draw Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above; and (iv) paid content creators who are individually and directly contracted with the Prize Draw Promoter. There will be one dog-content winner and one cat-content winner who will be selected at random, after the Closing Date (‘’Winner’’, or together the ‘’Winners’’). All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
5. Any Prize Draw entrant who does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Animal Welfare Act 2006, Dangerous Dogs Act 1999; and Control of Dogs Order 1992, will be disqualified from the Prize Draw.
6. MP will not accept: a. responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw Promotion.
7. The Prize Draw Promoter will contact each of the Winners personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using Instagram Direct Message or the contact details contained within a postal entry. If a Winner does not reply to acknowledge their selection within 5 working days, the Prize Draw Promoter will select a new Winner and contact them using Instagram Direct Message or the contact details contained within a postal entry.
The Prizes
8. The “Prize” or “Prizes” are:
a. For one dog owner Winner:
i. One (1) stay at art ‘otel Hoxton for two (2) nights (for 2 adults and 1 dog) with the use of spa facilities (for 2 adults only, dogs not allowed) including: Two (2) breakfasts at Brush Café at art ‘otel; One (1) evening dinner at Brush Café at art ‘otel; One (1) private screening at art ‘otel cinema room (for 2 adults and 1 dog);
ii. One (1) breakfast at Kricket Shoreditch up to £50;
iii. One (1) lunch or dinner at Kricket Shoreditch for up to £200;
iv. One (1) MJC Spa treatment at Mon Joli Chien; and
v. One (1) year’s premium membership to Dogcity App.
b. For one cat owner Winner:
i. £500 Pets Corner gift card;
ii. (1) Celebration Gift Box from OnTheTable;
iii. £100 skincare bundle from Gallinée;
iv. £100 to spend on cat grooming products at Buddycare;
v. One (1) Wind Down Collection from Scentered;
9. Descriptions or depictions of the Prize in MP promotional assets are for illustrative purposes only and the Prizes may differ.
10. Where the Prizes are gift cards, the products the winner receives will be subject to availability and winner selection.
11. The Prizes may include items which contain ingredients that could cause allergies or sensitivities in some pets. It is the Winner’s responsibility to review ingredient information and consult with a veterinarian, if necessary, before giving any items included in the Prize to their pets.
12. MP does not endorse the Prizes or their suitability for the Winner and/or the Winner’s pet which is for the Winner to assess independently. MP is not liable to the Winner for their use of the Prize, and MP accepts no liability or responsibility for the Winner’s use of it or for any loss or damage suffered as a result.
Prize redemption
13. The Prize Draw Promoter will direct the Winner to each of the Prize providers. The Winner and the Prize providers will directly arrange fulfilment of the Prizes.
14. Where Prizes are specifically mentioned products, these Prizes are subject to availability. The Prize provider may offer an alternative item if the featured Prize product is not available
15. Each of the Prizes offered in this Prize Draw is subject to the individual terms and conditions of the respective Prize provider. Where individual terms for Prize redemption and validity are not set below, they will be confirmed in writing by the Prize provider to the winners. By entering the Prize Draw, the Winners agree to comply with any such terms and conditions. The Prize Draw Promoter accepts no responsibility for any issues, claims, or disputes arising from the Prizes or the Prizes providers’ terms.
16. Unless otherwise stated the Prizes are as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prizes are not transferable, permitted to be sold or resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
17. The Prizes are subject to the following Terms for redemption set out by the Prize provider:
a. For the dog owner Winner:
i. art'otel redemption terms (applicable to: two (2) night stay at art'otel Hoxton; two (2) breakfasts at Brush Café at art'otel; one (1) evening dinner at Brush Café at art'otel, one (1) private screening at art'otel cinema room; use of spa facilities during stay)
Hotel stay is for up to two (2) adults and one (1) dog
Room type is subject to availability and blackout dates apply.
Prizes must be redeemed by 31 July 2026.
Breakfasts and dinner at Brush Café can be redeemed up to a combined value of £250. Any spend at Brush café in excess of £250 is not included as part of the Prize.
The film shown at the private screening will be subject to availability at art'otel.
Use of the spa facilities is for the two (2) adults staying at the hotel. Dogs are not permitted in the spa.

Cancellations are permitted with 24 hours’ notice by emailing the booking contact and can be re-booked without penalty within the redemption period.

iv. One (1) year membership to Dogcity App Premium
The Prize must be redeemed before 30 June 2026. Dogcity Premium access will remain active for one year from the date of activation.
Users must have a valid Dogcity account in good standing. Dogcity may revoke access if fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of terms is suspected.
After the free one-year period ends, the membership will automatically revert to the standard free tier unless the winner to subscribe to a paid plan. No charges will be applied without explicit opt-in from the user.
This offer is subject to Dogcity’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By redeeming the offer, the user agrees to all applicable Dogcity terms.
b. For the cat owner Winner:
i. £500 Pets Corner gift card

18. The Prize Draw Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Prize Draw Promoter will publish the Instagram account name of the Winners and, if applicable, their winning entries in Instagram by 30 January 2026 (‘’Announcement Date’’) or send the surname and county of the Winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@manypets.com or writes to the address set out in paragraph 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw.
19. MP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Draw Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize Draw or the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Prize Draw Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
21. There is no entry fee for entering into the Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any terms and conditions of its respective Prize providers.
22. MP is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to you by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.
23. The Prize Draw Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
24. All Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
25. By submitting your Prize Draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (i) assign to the Prize Draw Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (ii) waive all moral rights, in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
26. You agree that the Prize Draw Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.manypets.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Prize Draw. You agree to grant the Prize Draw Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Prize Draw entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Prize Draw entry for such purposes.
27. MP’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
28. Any personal data relating to the Prize Draw will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here Privacy Policy | ManyPets.
29. MP cannot guarantee when the Prizes will be delivered.
30. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok or any other social network.
