You can set-up and access Joii from your mobile or any computer, and it's quick and easy:
Head to My Account.
Select "Video vet" in your dashboard. You'll then be directed to the Joii interface.
Click "Continue"
Check your pet's details and add anything that's missing. This only takes a few seconds.
You're good to go!
It's that seamless.

You'll just need to visit My Account to use Joii in the future.
Head to your dashboard, click "Video vet" or pick the relevant link.
You'll be directed to Joii where you can book a consultation, change your booking, use the symptom checker, or view your treatment plans.

Unfortunately, no. The service exists to give you access to an online consultation as soon as possible or for when you can't get one at your current vet.
But all of Joii's vets and veterinary nurses are fully registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), so your pet is in safe, qualified hands.

Not automatically. Joii is independent. With your permission, they may request to share your history with your vet practice, previous digital provider and vice versa.
This can't take place without your permission. Your treatment plans from Joii are always available in the Joii dashboard should you need to show your local vet.

Yes. All of Joii's vets and nurses are fully qualified and registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
