MiniPets puppy pack - promotion terms and conditions - 2022
1. The promoter is: Bought By Many Ltd(“BBM”) t/a ManyPets from 30/3/22 (company no. 7886430) whose registered office is at 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD.
2. The promotion is for The MiniPets Puppy Pack (“Promotion”) which will only be sent if you buy a BBM pet insurance policy (“Policy”) from 00:01 on 28th February 2022 and if your Policy remains active for 15 days after the inception date. The pet under the policy needs to be a dog less than 12 months old ("Puppy") when the policy starts (inception date).
3. The Promotion ends at 23:59 on 27th March 2022 (“Closing Date”). To be eligible to receive the MiniPets Puppy Pack, you must purchase a Policy before 23:59 on the closing date. All policies purchased after the closing date shall not qualify for the Promotion.
4. The “MiniPets Puppy Pack” includes:
A. MiniPups Puppy Guide Booklet:
This is a pdf booklet called ‘MiniPets Puppy Guide’ provided by FirstVet. You can access the booklet from your Bought By Many/ManyPets My Account area.
B. Puppy Behavioural Consultations:
Customers can schedule a 30-minute long behavioural consultation with a Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist. This service is provided by FirstVet. One consultation is available per customer and up to 5 Puppies per customer, which must be insured by Bought by Many.
Behavioural consultations must be scheduled before 28th September 2022.
You can access the behavioural consultation from the FirstVet app on any mobile device.
C. MiniPets Ask the Experts Call:
Customers can schedule a 15-minute video call with a vet. This service is provided by FirstVet and the FirstVet app must download. One call per customer is available and up to 5 Puppys per customer, which must be insured by Bought by Many.
‘MiniPets Ask the Experts’ call can only be scheduled:
· Via the Bought By Many/ManyPets My Account area from the inception date of your policy.
· Between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
· Before 7th May 2022.
**D. 6 months flea and worming treatment:
**Subject to VetBox terms. The offer is for a 6-months discount on the cost of your subscription with Vetbox, a subsidiary of Many Group Ltd. You can redeem the offer from Bought By Many/ManyPets My Account up until the 7th May 2022. If you are already registered with Vetbox, this offer won’t be available.
After six months you will pay full price. You will enter into a separate agreement with Vetbox Ltd, Vetbox at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD. Subject to Vetbox terms.
**E. Trusted House-sitters membership:
**Offer available from within a customer’s MyAccount after policy purchase and is valid until 23:59 on 7th May 2022. Valid for TrustedHousesitters Basic owner membership only and excludes TrustedHousesitters Standard and TrustedHousesitters Premium. You will enter into a separate agreement with TrustedHousesitters Limited, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Valid for one year of membership for new TrustedHousesitters members only. No payment is required for the first year, but you will be required to pay to continue the service beyond the initial offer period. Subject to terms.
F. Online Young Dog Healthy Start Course:
The Online Young Dog Healthy Start Course is provided by Animal Love Pet First-Aid -https://www.animallovepetfirstaid.co.uk/. In order to redeem the Promotion on the Animal Love website, you will need to sign up as per the link provided with the following code - gmA2332ah65Z
5. In order to access the Promotion in the 'My Account area' your Policy needs to be active for 15 days.
6. BBM will not accept:
a. Responsibility for promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b. Proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the promotion.
7. Descriptions or depictions of the MiniPets Puppy Pack are for illustrative purposes only and the treat box you receive may differ.
8. The MiniPets Puppy Pack is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The MiniPets Puppy Pack is not transferable.
9. BBM reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
10. The MiniPets Puppy Pack is not part of BBM’s insurance products, this is a separate promotion alongside BBM’s products.
11. There is no entry fee for entering into the promotion. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
12. BBM is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
13. The promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
14. BBM’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
15. Any personal data relating to the promotion will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to BBM's Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
16. BBM cannot guarantee delivery of the offers within the MiniPets Puppy Pack.
17. The promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who have purchased a policy before the closing date.
18. In accepting and redeeming the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the promotion. The promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion.
