September 2023 Pooch & Mutt promotion terms and conditions
1. The Promoter is: ManyPets Ltd (“MP”) company no. 7886430 whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD.
2. The Promotion is for a Pooch & Mutt voucher worth £60 (the “Promotion”) which will only be sent if you buy a new MP dog insurance policy (“Policy”) directly from Gocompare.com and if your Policy remains active for 60 days after the inception date.
3. The Promotion starts at 00:01 GMT on 1st September 2023 (“Starting Date”) and ends at 23:59 GMT on 30th September 2023 (“Closing Date”). To be eligible to receive the Promotion, you must purchase a Policy before 23:59 on the Closing Date. All Policies purchased after the Closing Date shall not qualify for the Promotion.
4. All Policies purchased before the Closing Date and meet the eligibility in these Terms and Conditions will receive the Promotion.
5. We’ll send you a link and code to claim the Promotion to the email address registered to your Policy. The email will be sent to you within three weeks of your Policy having been active for 60 days. The link to claim the Promotion code must be used within 60 days of being sent to you.
6. This Promotion is limited to one Pooch & Mutt voucher per household. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other MP Promotion and is limited to first time purchasers with MP.
7. MP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
8. There is no entry fee for entering into the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
9. The Promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promotion is not transferable.
10. MP may complete eligibility checks to ensure that this Promotion is not being misused. Fraudulent transactions will be investigated and MP reserves the right to disqualify an entrant from the Promotion at any time upon reasonable belief that an entrant is entering the Promotion in a fraudulent manner.
11. MP’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
12. Any personal data relating to the Promotion will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP's Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
13. The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who have purchased a Policy before the Closing Date.
14. In accepting and redeeming the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Promotion. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
15. Descriptions or depictions of the Promotion are for illustrative purposes only.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. A vet should be consulted if you are unsure about feeding your pet any items from Pooch & Mutt.
