November Amazon.co.uk & MyOnlinePetStore Gift Card promotion terms and conditions
1. The Promoter is: ManyPets Ltd (“MP”) company no. 7886430 whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD.
2. The promotion is for a £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card & a £10 MyOnlinePetStore Gift Card (the “Promotion”) which will only be sent if you buy a new MP dog or cat insurance policy (“Policy”) directly from https://www.myonlinepetstore.co.uk/ and if your Policy remains active for 15 days after the date the Policy starts.
3. The Promotion starts at 00:01 BST on 1st November 2023 (“Starting Date”) and ends at 23:59 BST on 31 November 2023 (“Closing Date”). To be eligible to receive an Amazon.co.uk and MyOnlinePetStore Gift Card, you must purchase a Policy before 23:59 on the Closing Date. All Policies purchased after the Closing Date shall not qualify for the Promotion.
4. Only if you meet the eligibility in these Terms and Conditions, as well as purchasing a Policy before the Closing Date, will you receive a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card and a £10 MyOnlinePetStore Gift Card.
5. We will send the Amazon.co.uk & MyOnlinePetStore Gift Card code to the email address registered to your Policy. The email will be sent to you within two weeks of your Policy having been active for 15 days.
6. This Promotion is limited to one Amazon.co.uk and MyOnlinePetStore Gift Card per household.
7. MP and MyOnlinePetStore reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
8. There is no entry fee for entering into the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to being bound by these Terms and Conditions.
9. The Promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promotion is not transferable.
10. MP’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.

12. The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who have purchased a Policy before the Closing Date.
13. In accepting and redeeming the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Promotion. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, MP, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of MP.
