The quickest, most convenient way to make a claim is via My Account. Because you can easily submit all the information we'll need straight away (like invoices and medical history), it helps us process your claim much faster.
If you'd prefer to make a claim via email, you can get in touch at email@example.com. You can also give us a call on 0345 646 1213 - our friendly team are always happy to help.
You can track the progress of your claim by logging into My Account and clicking on 'My claims'. Don't worry if you haven't heard from us yet - if we've emailed you to say we've received your claim, we'll get in touch if we need any more information from you or your vet.
