Can you help find my pet?

We’re very sorry your pet is missing. Please contact us as soon as possible after your pet goes missing - we can give some advice to help with their safe return. 

If you have Lost or Stolen cover as part of your policy, please consult your policy document to confirm the details of what we will cover. If you'd like to submit a claim online, you can log in to My Account and follow the on-screen guidance if you wish. If you'd prefer to register your claim over the phone, our Claims team can be reached on 0345 646 1213.

We can offer Lost or Stolen cover on most of our policies. The Lost or Stolen cover is included as standard on our Complete policy, or can be added as an optional extra on the others in our range.
