What excesses do you offer?

Your excess will depend on what you chose at the time of purchasing your policy. Options available are based on where and when you bought your policy and what cover level it was.

For example: Our Pre-Existing policy doesn’t have a £250 option.

We offer these excesses based on the above criteria:

• £69
• £99
• £130
• £160
• £175
• £250

Our zero excess option is no longer available to new customers. If you’re an existing customer with a zero excess this will remain as it is until the first renewal after your pet turns 9. At this point, it’ll be increased to £69.

You can choose to update your excess when your policy renews. Our customer service team can talk through your options with you.
