Can I change my direct debit/monthly payment date?

When we collect payment

We collect payment around the same day your plan started each month. That means if your plan started on the 1st, we’ll usually collect payment on the 1st. It can sometimes take three to five days from that time for us to collect it.

Changing payment date

Unfortunately, we cannot change your payment date at the moment. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes, and please contact us if you have any problems.
