Absolutely! 😊 When purchasing your policy, whether online or over the phone, you can choose to set up a monthly Direct Debit or pay your annual premium in full. (Please note with our value2k we are unable to support annual payments).
When getting a quote online, the monthly premium will be shown but once you've chosen your policy and agreed to our Terms and Assumptions, you can select the option to pay annually.
If you pay your annual premium in full we will not charge any additional payments during your policy year, unless you contact us to make changes to your policy which affect your premium rate.
As with all our policies, we will process your renewal automatically unless we hear otherwise from you. We will contact you by email with your renewal premium 28 days before your renewal is due, so that you have plenty of time to review the information if you need to. You’ll need to authorise your payment to us online, you can do this by clicking on the ‘Authorise payment’ button in an email that we will send to you.
