Do I need a claim form?

Good news: at ManyPets we don't make you do paper forms. Instead, we give you two easy options:

1. Ask your vet to do it for you. We've worked with vets to build a Vet Portal that helps them to submit your claim and supporting information in a couple of steps. Vet portal claims get processed faster. Why not ask them if they are signed up?
2.  Alternatively, you can submit your claim via My Account. We'll ask you for all the important information, and as a minimum, we'll need you to upload a paid, itemised invoice. The more you have to hand, the better so you can also upload any relevant correspondence or health history from your vet too, if you have them.
