In the sad event that your pet is lost, stolen or passes away, we can help with costs relating to the original value of your pet if you have lost and stolen cover.
To prove your pet's value, you should:
- Safely file your proof of purchase, like a receipt or invoice
- Share your proof of purchase with us when making a claim
If you paid nothing for your pet, or you cannot prove how much you paid, we'll pay you whichever is lower:
- The amount you told us, or
- The market value of your pet based on their age, gender and breed at the time of their passing.
