What happens if my cover runs out?

We want you to know your pet is being looked after if they become ill, so our insurance policies are designed to help with unexpected costs.
There are times your pet may have multiple illnesses or need ongoing treatment. Each of our products has a limit and if the treatment goes over this, you’ll need to pay the rest yourself. The good news is that these limits refresh each year at renewal.

How much cover do I have left?

If you've already made claims and want to know how much cover you have left, you can contact us by calling 0345 646 1213 or emailing
Just so you know, if you decide to cancel your policy during ongoing treatment, we’d only pay claims made during the period you were covered.
