Do you pay for vet admin fees?

There are some costs we won't pay. We can't pay for any fees that vets, clinics or hospitals charge that aren't part of your pet's treatment.

A few examples include:

1. Admin, registration or referral fees.
2. Fees to complete forms, handle your claim on your behalf or answer questions.

This applies to policies purchased or renewed after August 1st, 2024.
