I haven't received the validation email to set up My Account

If you haven't received your validation email to activate your online account, try checking the junk/spam folders in your email. If you still can't find it, please send us a message or give us a call using the contact details below and we'll resend it to you.

If you have already validated your account but still find some of the features aren't working, try resetting your password. You can do this from the login page - just type in your email address and click the 'reset password' link underneath, and we'll send you an email to get you started.
