We’re very sorry your pet is missing. Please contact our Claims team on 0345 646 1213 as soon as possible after your pet goes missing - we may have some suggestions to help with their safe return.
Most of our plans have some level of lost and stolen cover. This can cover the cost of advertising up to the limit set out in your plan. We can't pay for any advertising or reward costs if your pet returns within 48 hours of disappearing.
