Can you help with posters/flyers for finding my pet?

We’re very sorry your pet is missing. Please contact our Claims team on 0345 646 1213 as soon as possible after your pet goes missing - we may have some suggestions to help with its safe return.

If you have Lost or Stolen cover as part of your policy, please check your policy document to confirm the details of what we will cover. This section is included as standard in our Complete policy, or as an optional extra on all other policies (except for Liability Only).

In this section, we can cover the cost of advertising up to the limit set out in your policy document. Please note we will not be able to pay for any advertising or rewards costs if your pet returns within 48 hours of disappearing.
