How do I renew my policy?

We will automatically renew your policy so there is no need to contact us unless you wish to make changes to your policy or cancel your renewal.

You can request these changes via the following:

Online: You can submit your request by using the contact us button and selecting the ‘ I am an existing customer’ request tab.

Call us:0345 340 4090 to discuss any changes or to cancel your renewal.

Important Information

If you do not want to renew your policy, please do not cancel your Direct Debit Mandate before your renewal date. If you do, your policy will be automatically cancelled which may be before the end of your policy.
