What happens at renewal?

ManyPets
Last updated 17 days ago - 1 min read

We’ll send your renewal invite 28 days before your plan is due to renew to remind you.

Please remember to read through your plan information and make sure it’s right for you and your pets needs.

If you’re happy, you don’t need to do anything.

We’ll renew your plan automatically unless you tell us not to. We do this to make sure there are no gaps in your cover.

Cancelling your auto-renewal
We can only cancel your auto-renewal if you let us know. You need to do this within 28 days of us sending you the renewal invite. We accept auto-renewal cancellations during the 14-day cooling-off period, too. This will lapse your plan with us, meaning you won't get cover.

You can cancel through My Account, online through email or by contacting us. We recommend contacting us ASAP if you're near the end of the 28-day period. You can find our contact details here.

If you're struggling to find our information on cancelling and auto-renewals (don't worry, it happens), you can check the documents we sent you at renewal or when you joined us. Our handbook mentions it, too.

Let us know if you need help or have any concerns - we'd love to keep you in the ManyPets pack.
