We won't pay MoneyBack if we've paid a claim.
The way MoneyBack works is that you'll get 20% of your premium back at the end of the policy year, if you haven't needed to claim, or if we haven't paid a claim.
If you're due MoneyBack, we'll process your payment 90 days after your policy year ends, after which it can take up to 10 working days to reach your original payment method.
Occasionally this may take longer if there's a delay with your bank or card provider.
