Lost and stolen cover can provide support for reward costs. The reward you offer is up to you. But please note, we have limits on what we can pay out.
Our limits are defined by:
- Your plan's lost and stolen cover limit, which you can find in your handbook
- Up to the amount you told us you paid for your pet
- The market value of your pet based on their age, breed and gender on the date they went missing, if you don't have proof of purchase
We can't pay for reward costs if your pet returns within 48 hours of disappearing.
